Ingredients
  1. 2kg broccoli florets
  2. water
  3. salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil some broccoli in water until tender.
  2. Remove with a slotted spoon but save the water.
  3. Put the broccoli in a blender and add just enough of the green water to make soup.
  4. Add salt.
  5. That's it.
  6. Seriously.
