Warning: Making this spice paste may result in you huddled in your pantry Gollum-style eating it out of the jar with a spoon. This is not the recommended use but hey, do you, boo.

Ingredients
  1. 1 tsp caraway seeds
  2. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1 tsp chili flakes
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. dash lemon juice
  9. 1 tsp paprika
  10. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast the seeds in a dry pan over low heat until fragrant.
  2. Blitz the seeds, salt, and dried chilis through a spice grinder or grind them by hand with a mortar and pestle. I'm a masochist so that's what I do. Put in as much chili as you want. I'm a great flapping vagina so I don't add much.
  3. Add the now hopefully (mostly) powdered spices to the olive oil, add salt, a bit of lemon juice, paprika, and if you haven't punished yourself enough, cayenne pepper. Play with the consistency until you're happy. Try not to eat it with a spoon. Okay it it with a spoon. No judgement here, bruh.
