Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika (any paprika is fine but the taste will vary)
  2. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  3. 1 tablespoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
  1. Mix the spices together and store them in a recycled spice jar.
  2. Store for up to 1 year.
Notes
  1. Do you have problems with your homemade spices clumping up and caking? Add a few dry beans to the jar! They'll absorb the excess moisture and keep your spices loose.
